You See Me Getting My Daily Walk IN! Did You Remember To Exercise Today?

Hi Friends,

I just want to encourage everyone to be consistent in getting 30-40 minutes of exercise most days this week.

Just a reminder.

Daily exercise can help : lower the risk of high cholesterol and cardiovascular disease, reduce blood pressure, normalize hormones and overall lower your stress levels so you can feel GOOD!

Did you get your exercise in today? If so drop a picture or video in the comments and tell me what you did!

If you haven't exercised today yet, you still have time! But before you go, makes sure that you have comfortable shoes, loose clothes and a bottle of water to get the optimal workout in!
