Fibroids can be healed with lifestyle love

For far too long, we have normalized heavy cycles, debilitating pelvic pain, and running on fumes. We are often told that surgery is the only option, but we have to look deeper.

You cannot surgically remove a lifestyle problem. Procedures might cut out the symptom, but they never guarantee those fibroids will not grow right back.

If you do not actively change your internal environment, you are just waiting for the next flare up. Our focus should be to clear the stagnation, stop feeding the root cause, and take our health back. Here is how we do it:

1. Out the Endocrine Disruptors

Our community is constantly targeted with toxic hair and body products. We have to stop putting synthetic chemicals into bodies that are already overloaded.

  • Toss the Birth Control: Let your body's natural endocrine signaling come back online. Synthetic hormones only mask the root cause.

  • Ditch Toxic Perfumes: Synthetic fragrances contain phthalates. These are chemicals that directly mimic estrogen in your body and feed fibroid growth. Switch to pure essential oils.

  • Use Clay Based Deodorant: Your armpits sit right over your lymphatic system. Clay pulls toxins out, while commercial antiperspirants trap them inside your body.

2. Eat to Excrete

Excess estrogen is what makes fibroids grow. You need your liver to process it and your gut to sweep it out.

  • Go Plant Based 5 Days a Week: Conventional meat and dairy are highly inflammatory and packed with hormones. Plant fiber physically binds to the excess estrogen in your gut and sweeps it out of your body before it can recirculate.

  • Prioritize Cruciferous Veggies: Eat them heavy. Cabbage, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts contain I3C, a compound that forces your liver to properly break down bad estrogen.

  • The Rebuilding Proteins: Swap heavy meats for Sacha Inchi nuts, sprouted legumes, and Sea Moss. These provide high density minerals without the inflammatory baggage.

  • The Green Chelators: Add parsley and cilantro to your meals to bind to heavy metals and pull them out of your tissues.

  • Daily Lemon Water: Drink at least one liter of warm lemon water daily to wake up your liver and stimulate bile flow.

3. Move the Blood and Sweat It Out

Fibroids thrive in stagnant, tight environments. You have to get the blood flowing to the pelvis.

  • Sauna Suit or Steam Room: Do this three days a week. Your skin is your largest detox organ. Sweating aggressively forces out endocrine disrupting chemicals and metabolic waste that your liver is simply too tired to process.

  • Daily Squats: Deep squats act as a mechanical pump. They drive fresh, oxygen rich arterial blood directly into the pelvic floor and uterus to promote tissue healing and clear out stagnation.

4. The Clinical Stack and Herbs

This is where we focus on deep cellular restoration and rebuilding the blood.

  • Calcium D-Glucarate and NAC: Calcium D-Glucarate stops your gut from reabsorbing the estrogen your liver just tried to kick out. NAC is a master antioxidant that shuts down cellular inflammation.

  • Vegan Omega 3s: Incorporate flax and algae oil for the ultimate anti-inflammatory support to soothe the reproductive tract.

  • Iron Bisglycinate: Heavy bleeding from fibroids literally drains your life force. You must rebuild your blood. This specific form of iron is highly bioavailable, meaning it actually absorbs and will not cause the severe stomach pain or constipation associated with cheap, conventional iron pills.

  • The Daily Tonics: Return to the roots with daily teas. Use Vitex berry to promote progesterone production, Raspberry leaf to tone and strengthen the uterine wall, and Burdock root as a master blood purifier.

5. Radical Rest

Healing requires energy, and you cannot heal in survival mode. No more running on fumes. Chronic stress spikes your cortisol, which directly disrupts your endocrine system and fuels hormone imbalance. Deep, unapologetic rest is not a luxury. It is a strict clinical requirement for your tissues to repair.

Surgery might remove the symptom, but it does not stop the issue from returning. Doing the daily work to change your internal environment is how you actually prevent and reverse disease. Healing is not a trend. It is a return to your baseline. Stop feeding the stagnation and start doing the work today.

Give thanks,

Mary
