Easy Chocolate Banana Smoothie Recipe w/ Superfoods
This is my favorite smoothie recipe, and I just had to share it with you. Not only is it tasty, but it is also perfect for your health. It is jam-packed with antioxidants and other nutrients, and you can credit the superfoods. Here are the superfoods and their benefits:
Cacao is said to have 40 times the antioxidants of blueberries and has a high iron content. In addition to that, it is full of magnesium and calcium and is a natural mood elevator and anti-depressant.
Hemp Seeds are a great source of fiber (easily digested) and are a complete plant protein. It contains all of the essential amino acids needed to nourish the body.
Black Chia Seeds are a perfect addition to any smoothie. It contains many antioxidants, minerals, fiber, and omega-3 and promotes heart health, healthy bones, and blood sugar.
